Our core brand
Kyocera multifunction printers and copiers
Kyocera is the heart of our business. We have been a Kyocera partner in the Eastern Cape since 2010 and are an authorised Kyocera Document Solutions distributor. Kyocera machines are built for low running costs and long life, which is why we recommend them for most offices.
- ECOSYS A4 printers and multifunction devices for small offices and single desks.
- TASKalfa A3 multifunction copiers, colour and black-and-white, for busy teams and departments.
- Print, copy, scan and fax from one machine, with scanning straight to email and network folders.
- Secure printing and easy connection to your network, with drivers for Windows and Mac.
High volumes, low cost per page
Riso duplicators and high-speed inkjet printers
When you print many copies of the same page (worksheets, newsletters, forms, exam papers), a Riso digital duplicator is usually the cheapest way to do it. It makes a master once, then prints with ink: no warm-up time, high speeds and low power use. Riso ComColor printers add fast full-colour inkjet printing with finishing options such as stapling, punching, folding, booklets and envelopes.
- The most cost-effective option once you make more than about 25 copies of a page.
- Popular with schools, churches, training centres and in-house print rooms.
- Ink, not toner, so there is no warm-up time and it uses less electricity.
Professional and production print
Canon for production and graphic arts
For high-quality production work, graphic arts and large format printing, we supply Canon machines. Tell us what you produce and we will recommend a model that fits your volumes and finish.
Buy or rent, and we look after it either way
Buy a machine outright or rent it monthly, whichever suits your budget and cash flow. Either way we deliver, install and connect it, show your staff how to use it, and service it.
- One contact for the machine, the toner and the repairs.
- Rental terms: contract lengths, what the monthly amount includes, finance partner
Already have machines?
We also service machines we did not supply. Our technicians work on Kyocera, Riso, Canon, Epson, HP, Ricoh, Gestetner and Mimaki equipment.
Questions people ask
Which printer is right for my office?
Start with three questions: how many pages you print a month, how much is in colour, and whether you need A3. Our printer chooser turns your answers into a suggestion, and we confirm it before we quote.
What is the difference between A4 and A3 machines?
A4 machines are smaller and cheaper, and suit most letters, invoices and reports. A3 machines also print posters, spreadsheets and booklets on bigger paper, run faster and have bigger paper trays, so they suit busy teams.
Is a Riso duplicator cheaper than a copier?
For long runs, usually yes. A duplicator pays for a master per original, then each copy costs very little. A copier costs the same per page whatever the run. Try your own numbers in the Riso cost calculator.
Can I rent instead of buying?
Yes. We offer both, and we will put the two options side by side in your quote.
Do you supply toner and ink?
Yes, for the machines we supply and service, along with paper and office stationery. See consumables.
Can the machines scan to email and to our network?
Yes. Kyocera multifunction devices scan to email and network folders out of the box. Capture software can also name, file and make scans searchable automatically; see print management.
Tell us what you print. We will suggest the right setup.
Ask for a quote to buy or rent, or log a service call if a machine needs attention. We answer during office hours, Monday to Friday.
