Help me choose a printer
Four quick questions, one suggestion. It takes a minute, and you will know what to ask for before you talk to anyone.
Your answers
An A4 black-and-white multifunction printer
A Kyocera ECOSYS multifunction device prints, copies and scans on one desktop-sized machine at a low cost per page.
- Scanning to email and folders is built in; capture software can also name, file and make scans searchable automatically.
This is a starting point, not a quote: we confirm the model and the cost per page after a short chat about how you print.
The three things that decide
Pages a month
Volume decides the class of machine. Too small wears out fast; too big costs more than it needs to.
Colour
Colour pages cost more. If you mostly print black and white, a mono machine keeps costs down.
A4 or A3
A3 machines print bigger, run faster and hold more paper. A4 machines are smaller and cheaper.
Questions people ask
How do I find out how many pages we print?
Check the page counter on your current machine (usually in the menu or on a printed status page) and compare two readings a month apart. Or estimate: people × pages each a day × 21 working days.
Should I buy or rent?
Both work. Renting spreads the cost monthly; buying can be cheaper over the machine's life. We quote both on request.
Does this tool give me a price?
No. It suggests a type of machine. We confirm the model and the cost per page in a quote.
What if we need several machines?
Answer for your busiest team first, then ask us to look at the whole office. We often recommend fewer, better-placed machines.
Tell us what you print. We will suggest the right setup.
Ask for a quote to buy or rent, or log a service call if a machine needs attention. We answer during office hours, Monday to Friday.
