We collect as little personal information as we can, use it only to answer you and serve you as a customer, and protect it as the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA) requires.

What we collect and why
When you send us a message or ask for a quote, we collect what you type in the form: your name, company, email address, phone number, nearest branch and message. We use it only to answer you, prepare a quote or arrange service, and keep it as part of our customer records if you become a customer.
When you log a service call, the service system records the details of the call and the machine so we can send a technician and keep a service history.
When you browse this website, our server records technical information such as your IP address and the pages requested, to keep the site secure and to stop spam (for example, limiting how many messages one network can send). This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies and does not set cookies when you read its pages. The map on the contact page is loaded from a map provider, which sees your IP address like any website you visit.
Who we share it with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only where needed to serve you: with our staff and our sister company NRG Office Solutions (for East London and surrounding areas), with manufacturers or finance partners when your order needs it, and with service providers that host our systems and email under confidentiality obligations, or where the law requires it.
How long we keep it and how we protect it
We keep enquiries for as long as we need them to answer you and for our records: retention period for enquiries that do not lead to business. Customer records are kept as long as tax and company law require. Access is limited to staff who need it, and our systems are protected with passwords, encryption in transit and backups.
Your rights
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to us using it for marketing. Contact our Information Officer at the address above. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you may complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa (inforegulator.org.za).
